• ARTmeetAI operates a public website for community images, contest uploads, upscale preparation and human-led artwork refinement requests.
• Submitted contest images are public when uploaded through the public upload page.
• Commission and refinement requests are reviewed separately and require a follow-up agreement before paid work begins.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Commission fees depend on the scope, complexity, usage and artist availability.
• Typical small refinement work may range from EUR 10 to EUR 100, but final pricing is confirmed individually before work starts.
• Payment data is processed by the selected payment provider, such as PayPal or Patreon.

4. User Rights & Licenses

• Users retain rights they already hold in their original images.
• By uploading public contest images, users grant ARTmeetAI permission to display and host the submitted images publicly on ARTmeetAI.com.
• By submitting a commission request, users grant ARTmeetAI permission to review the uploaded files for the requested service.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights needed to upload, share or commission work based on their submitted material.

5. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

ARTmeetAI provides creative services and community hosting without any guarantee of a specific artistic outcome or individual taste match.

Maximum liability for paid work is limited to the value of the respective order. ARTmeetAI cannot verify every third-party right in submitted content.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Bregenz, Vorarlberg, Austria, where legally permitted.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
