  • Public contest uploads: uploaded images, optional caption, upload time and generated share ID.
  • Commission and refinement requests: username, optional email address, connected OAuth account metadata when used, uploaded files and request text.
  • Technical security data: IP-based rate-limit events, session identifiers and form-protection tokens.

2. Use of Data

  • Displaying public contest uploads and their share links.
  • Reviewing and responding to commission or refinement requests.
  • Protecting forms from spam, duplicate submissions and automated abuse.
  • Operating the gallery, upscale flow and public website features.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on consent when users submit public uploads, contract preparation or performance for commission requests, and legitimate interest for security, abuse prevention and stable website operation.

4. Public Uploads

Images uploaded through the ARTmeetAI x Dokomi contest upload page are public on ARTmeetAI.com. The generated share link can be opened by anyone who receives it.

5. Cookies and Sessions

ARTmeetAI uses essential session cookies for form protection, login state and security. These cookies are required for upload, commission and OAuth-related flows and are not used for advertising tracking.

6. Retention

Public contest uploads may remain available while the event or gallery feature is active. Commission request data is kept only as long as needed for review, follow-up, legal obligations or abuse prevention.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Discord for community communication and contest updates.
  • Google or Discord OAuth when users choose to connect an account.
  • PayPal and Patreon when users choose to support ARTmeetAI through those providers.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate the website.

8. Your Rights

  • Access, correction or deletion of personal data where legally available.
  • Objection to processing where legally available.
  • Data portability where applicable.
